What delivery options are available?

Your order can be delivered to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.

We offer standard delivery for all orders. Your item will be delivered to the delivery address given when you confirmed your order, within an estimated time of 2 to 7 working days.

If you have chosen express delivery, please allow 2 days for delivery.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.138.2 of the French Consumer Code, the items ordered will be delivered no later than 30 days from the day following the order, subject to full payment of the price. However, Maison Louis Julian aims to process orders for goods in stock within 72 hours (3 working days) of receipt. 

Can my order be delivered to the Louis Julian boutique?

When you place an order, delivery is possible to your home or to our Louis Julian boutique located at 71 Rue d'Antibes in Cannes.
For this option, when ordering online, please select the "pick up in shop" option.

Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

You can have your order gift-wrapped.

You will also have the option of including a gift message, please contact us if this is your preference.

What are my payment options?

Your online orders can be paid for using Visa, Mastercard and CB credit cards.

Is my payment secure?

All transactions carried out on our site are secured by the HTTPS protocol and your data is encrypted to protect your personal data.

The security of credit card payments is also guaranteed by the 3D-secure protocol.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your items purchased online, we will accept their return for an exchange, voucher or full refund within 14 days of their delivery date.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that the product has been used or worn will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned by post.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), with the plastic protection and all credit labels intact.

Before returning items, we ask you to contact us and fill in the withdrawal form.

We recommend that you send the returned goods by insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We accept no responsibility for refunds or compensation in the event of loss, theft or mishandling of return parcels.
